Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping must be covered by the customer unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If you need to exchange your product, please contact us at shop@nuvellus.co with your order number and details.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at shop@nuvellus.co within 7 days of receiving your package. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
